  • Sacrificial — You give not just what’s convenient, but what costs something.

📖 The Biblical Mandate

Giving has always been a part of God’s plan to fund His work on earth. In the Old Testament, God's people gave tithes and offerings to support the temple, the Levites, and the poor. In the New Testament, giving supported church growth, missionaries, and those in need.

“How shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?”

People can’t be sent without support. Paul himself was a missionary who relied on the financial gifts of others, such as the believers in Philippi:

“I am full, having received... the things sent from you, a sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God.”

Paul writes:

    Even small, consistent gifts help ministries plan and grow.

  4. Track the Impact
    Many organizations offer updates and stories of how your giving is making a difference.

  5. Involve Your Family
    Teach your children or spouse about giving to missions. Make it a family calling.

✝️ When Giving Becomes Worship

When you give with eternity in mind, your giving becomes worship. It honors God, expresses gratitude, and reflects the heart of Christ, who gave everything so others might live.

Your money can buy temporary things—or it can bring eternal hope to someone who has never heard of Jesus. Purposeful giving says, “I’m part of this mission, even if I never go.”

“For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
